Hawaii – Big Island (Hilo/Kona) – 3 of 7
This 3rd set includes the escapade we made to the Waipio Valley, on the northern end of the island.
Some of the pictures before are from the way up to the valley. This is a place I would recommend to anyone going on vacation to Hawaii and is one of main reason why you NEED to rent a Jeep when you get there for vacation.

This set contains couple of different locations all around the island. The first two are from Akaka Falls (more info here), on the Hilo side. Ok, if you ever have the chance to go on a trip like this, you have to take it. Hawaii’s reputation is well known. But I have to tell you, it is not known well! This place has a misplaced reputation of costing lots of money to go to. Well, if you’re into “all inclusive”
